Worse Harris Scarfe store I have ever entered. The staff were all down right rude and nasty. Customers asked them questions and they would snap at them. An elderly man was not understanding something and they were very rude to him. They couldn't even take time out to explain it to him

Very disappointed with my experience shopping here. I bought this cast iron on sale few months ago and didn’t used it up until recently. The second time I used it these marks came out that you can see in the photos. I spent heaps of time trying to clean with different detergents and even left the detergent for a while but it didn’t come off. So, already disappointed with the poor quality, took it back to return it but to my more disappointment I was told that they won’t accept it. The costumer service lady named Sue, couldn’t seem to care less about an unhappy costumer.Probably these color that came out under heat suggest that there might be some chemical released into the food as well which is not safe.Any way just wanted to share my experience. Comparing my experience with the other big brands like Kmart and Target and ALDI , This was absolutely disappointing for me.Now I realize why everything is on sale here literally all year around. Maybe Poor quality product you’re not responsible to refund?

Visited the store 3/1/2023We got help out by the guy on the counter his name was vince I think he helped us out even on his lunch break this guy done the extra mile to help me and my husband normally no one even look at you in this store and very rude we try to avoid going there at any cost but the last 2 visit we got helped out by him he’s amazing Harris scarf Westlakes will be my store to go if I need anythingThank you Vince for your amazing service
