It’s my go-to store. I’m confident in the deals I get here, and have been for some years now. I bought a Bosch dishwasher a month ago after found a lot of research, and once again Retravision O’Connor was the best deal, service and advice.

Had an excellent experience purchasing a washing machine from this store recently. Mohammed was so knowledgeable about the products, and he wasn't pushy at all. He allowed us lots of time to look at all our options and didn't rush us in to making a decision. He also had a great sense of humour, which made the whole purchasing experience really pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Have been served by a lovely assistant called Tanya, even though she was unable to get me the product that I wanted, the sheer fact of how she went out of her way to try and find out and her professionalism and friendliness I would definitely be returning back to this store for any other products.

I totally loved the Customer Service that I received from this store.I started off by making an online inquiry and that's when I spoke to a lady named Katie over the phone.She was patient, understood exactly what I needed. She did her best to help and that led me to the Retravision store in O'Connor.The drive took me about 30 minutes from my place of residence.Once I got there, it was totally worth it. I was working on a budget and could only afford to buy a cheap 50 inch screen

Tania was so helpful, even looked up the Fridge we are looking for. They didn’t have one in stock in the store so we checked it elsewhere. Happy it was what we wanted we went back to Tania and she was great. All done. She is an asset to Retravision. Great service.
