15+ year customer in the baking trade. If you want quality bake ware, straight from the source, Carlyle have it in stock. Tins, trays, trolleys, mitts...if it bakes, they got it. Good prices, great team.Tony.

Disgraceful aftersales service. Once it's out of warranty you better have deep pockets! Our refit has turned out to be a money pit. We asked for manual and diagram for one of our older ovens that they supplied because it need repairs, they told us all documentation had been destroyed once they stopped making it.... Who does that? Can never trust them again!Reply: Its amazing how quickly you have gone into damage control! Today you told me that you stopped making it 10 years ago, but now its 25 years? Imagine the uproar if a car manufacturer stopped supplying parts after 10 years..... if your car was made before 2011, well just scrap it!You also suggested that I just replace it with your new model for $40,000.00. Worse than your original lack of care is the fact that you responded and tried to justify it, all this from an Australia company?

James had my new glass washer installed and running within the hour. Top notch service.
