This is in my opinion the best music store on the Gold Coast, i have been shopping here since i was a teenager. The staff are always kind, friendly and super helpful, I'm always able to find exactly what I'm looking for when I go into the store and I always leave a very happy customer. 10/10!

Stewart and Dan and the team at Gold Coast Music are amazing! I dropped by several times to try out the electric pianos and Stewart and Dan were very helpful answering questions, but also allowed me the space to test out the different models on display. There was never a push from their side to make a sale, and nor was there any feeling of being a bother to them with all the questions asked. And then a few months later when I had made my decision to purchase a baby mini grand from them, when I went to collect it they took extra care supporting with packing it into the back of the ute, not rushing this important process despite having other customers needing to be attended to. I highly recommend doing business with them - they look out for you and they genuinely care! Thank you guys! And keep up the amazing work!

Moved to Southport recently and thought I’d try them out with a small purchase. (I used to spend around $10k per year at my local store in my previous city). Called up and asked to price match a keyboard stand which was $6 less at another store. Was told “no we can’t do that because the other store is interstate and they’ll probably charge you delivery.” So for the sake of $6 they lost a sale and $10k worth of annual business. Not sure if this is the normal type of customer service you get here or if I just got the worst salesman.
