Service was excellent. Friendly and responsive, rapid turnaround, excellent work done all for an affordable price. The knives were returned wrapped up beautifully and fully restored with a wicked edge. One of the knives I dropped in even had a broken tip, but you can now hardly tell. Real attention to detail. Can’t recommend this enough!

I reached out to On a Knife’s Edge to bring my Shinko Jikko knife set back to useful life. After searching for a while, ruling out taking my beloved knives to a industrial sharpener which is all I could seem to find, we are extremely happy with the result. Knives are in brand new condition, were done within a day at a great price and to top it off were beautifully wrapped for collection. Highly recommended.
