Lightingales

I’ve been wanting a fan for my and my kids bedrooms for such a long time, that with the warmer weather this week I decided toGoogle a local supplier. I found Lightingales were ten minutes from home, so I popped into the store and spoke to Steve. He was so patient and helpful, talking me through all the options (lights/no lights, remote control etc) - who knew there were so many things to think of for a ceiling fan! He was even able to help me set up the installation with an electrician.

We have recently moved to WA from Qld and have been looking for lights to replace the dated ones in the house we purchased. We firstly looked at the usual big stores and were not happy with the results, so we googled lights near me. Lighingales is a small business in Jandakot and the service from Steve and Bec was amazing and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Their store has a huge range of lights to choose from as well as gorgeous soft furnishings. We purchased stunning lights which when installed transformed the house. They even organised an electrician for us. We can highly recommend Lightingales for lighting and lovely accessories. Congratulations Steve and Bec on a beautifully presented store and such a friendly and enjoyable shopping experience .Wish we could add more stars!!!!

We met Steve at the Home Show and he was one of two that actually took time to ask us about our build and needs. We went back today because he went above and beyond and between Steve and Bec we spent a good two hours talking through our plans, family and future proofing our build. He didn’t try and sell us the fancy down lights or unnecessary products instead provided practical solutions that suit us and our family.Highly recommend Lightingales even if it is just to visit their amazing showroom!

We ordered a skyfan through Lightningales only to find out it was never ordered. Followed up and was promised that it was ordered this time and to wait and hear back from them. To this day I’m still waiting. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend.
