We didn't hesitate to work with Mario and Michael again as they had won our trust and proven their expertise and professionalism. The entire process of getting our kitchen, laundry, study and two bathrooms renovated was hassle free and they did a most thorough and high quality job. We also had two bedrooms fitted with robes which has enhanced the look and functionality of these spaces. The team at Yena Developments are hard working and reliable. Their work is meticulous and we felt supported throughout the entire job. Would highly recommend them.

Having Yena as my builder was just by accident, I was looking for floor timber at his timber floor showroom and later knew Michael was a builder. From there, after a few months, we now have a sound insulated piano studio with a modern toilet. We like the pelmet light around the ceiling very much. It's just fantastic. Very very happy with the studio. Michael and Mario are definitely qualified builders. Highly recommended to anybody who wants quality builds.

We engaged Yena Developments to carry out some substantial renovation works for us recently. Michael has been absolutely instrumental from the get-go; patiently going through the details with us and provided valuable guidance.Michael’s can-do attitude and flexible approach helped us tremendously especially when we don't always know what we want. Michael’s notable calm demeanour in managing unplanned issues is often enough to take the stress away from you. On one occasion, he stepped in to help negotiate a return of a part that we bought directly, costing close to $1k. It would also be a remiss of me if I don’t mention the repetitive issues we had with our main entrance door. The turn-around was long and the supplier got it wrong twice. Michael’s out-of-the-box thinking got us a solution and we’re glad we didn’t have to deal with the supplier directly. His attention to details is really commendable as well; he knows the issues even before you raise it with him.We are really fortunate to have Michael look after our needs and we know our hard-earned money was well spent. If you are after a builder that you can depend on, always available and works with you, you must at least have Yena’s team on your contact list.
