Nice casual restaurant for a quick feed. But be prepared to wait in line and be seated right next to someone as it is almost always busy and doesn’t have the biggest seating area inside.Depending on what burger you get and whether you add chips the price can start to add up quickly. The food itself always tastes delicious and good portion sizes. Me and my family all agreed the zucchini chips were the best!

My partner and I went to Grill'd North lakes a few months ago and ordered some take away food. Whilst waiting we asked to purchase an alcoholic beverage (we have done this many times before where we have sat and had a drink while waiting) he declined to serve us alcohol even though we were completely sober and paying customers, he said if it was less busy we could lol last time I checked we are adults and can drink if we want to. Put me off Grill'd so overrated and expensive and it's dripping in oil. Yuk!!!

I've been here a few times and it's mostly great. Occasionally they miss the mark with service and quality of food. Overall one of the better Grill'd restaurants.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was also amazing. I really like being able to sit down and order using the QR code.

Great customer service! I am a disability care worker and my client accidentally ordered a serve of chips without realising her burger already came with them. When her meal arrived and she realised her mistake, a staff member personally came out to us and gave her a cash refund, which was very generous, considering she made the mistake.

Salads and hamburgers were very tasty. Potato chips and sweet potato chips very overpriced. Small cup of potato chips and extra small cup of sweet potato chips each $5.

Love grilled! This is a good store but in the past few months have had a few items missed in our take away order and the kids meal box has broken open twice. They will replace the kids box if we take it back and they will usually give us what’s needed of missed but nothing more.

Had lunch there today, no worries getting a table, didn't wait long for food to come, overall lovely day with Family.
