What a wonderful and unexpected experience I enjoyed at Just U Nails and Spa. There were several points of difference to other nail bars, like using hot stones with then leg massage during the pedicure. The hand massage at the end of the manicure was longer than usual also. The best part was the thought of the customer; when I was soaking off my old polish, they set it up one handed so I could use the other hand to flip my book (phone). This was while I was enjoying the pedicure so it felt really efficient.The shop is all white and extremely clean. I will definitely be back

For the starter, they never clean my nails with water(like other normal salon) after they using their tools to polish my nails. Can u imagine how dusty it is which they just use make up brush to just swipe the nail dust then straight away apply base coat to my nail? And when everything is finish(till final coat), u can actually seen the rest of the dusty still stuck on top of my nail? Owh. They charge me $50 for that. NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. Thanks.

60 dollars ! for a terrible job, colours were not like shown on display nails, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. a young child under the age of 10 was also working here.

I have recently moved to Australia and it was my first experience at a nail spa which unfortunately was a complete nightmare. I got acrylic nails and gel nail polish, which usually lasts for at least 2-3 weeks before you need to get them refilled. However, one of my nails broke after 4 days of getting it done from this place. I went back to them to ask if they can do the broken nail again, but the lady and the man behind the desk just told me that it is not their fault and that I should come back later because they don't take appointments. Horrible experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone going there!P.S I went there after two hours and they still refused to help me.

I got a pedicure and it was stupidly over priced $60!!!! Not happy.

Got SNS not even 2 days later one of my nails broke, never had that happen before so went in to get it fixed they rushed it and accused me of bumping it which I didn't was very rude when I left and told me next time I have to pay to get it fixed. Not even 2 days later 3 more broke. Won't be returning very rude and poor quality.

I’ve had my nails done here twice now,It is a very comfortable salon with a great vibe. I’m super happy with the result of my acrylic nails.I Needed a nail spa while I was working away from Melbourne and they were always able to accommodate me and did a really professional job.I’m a very happy customer!

I asked for shellac polish. Then when I asked for another coat as I could still see my natural nail. I got yelled at and told it was because my nails where dirty and too hard to paint. And she walked off without finishing my service... and I left feeling horrible. Would not go here ever again many other beautiful nail places.

Along with getting polish all over my skin, two of my fingers were cut too close that they started bleeding. When I told the girl she said ooooh" like a parent faking attention. I then brought her attention to the spread of blood across my nail by saying "there is a blood spread across my nail" then her response was recognition and then painting over it. Every finger has paint on the skin around the nail and that is also after pointing it out. To which some attempt was made to get it off the side of my finger.A question this salon needs to ask themselves "are you proud of your work?" If it were me
