Alex and his team did a great job replacing my A3 2.0T timing belt & water pump etc, fuel pump cam follower and also the drivers door lock. These guys are very friendly, professional, reliable and reasonably priced. I can thoroughly recommend their services.

Just wanted to thank Alex and his team at ESA for the conscientious level of care in servicing our cars. Everytime I collect my car from them the work has been completed as expected and to the agreed price, there's never any of that hidden BS so many service centres and dealerships try on these days. So if you want your car serviced properly by people who know what they are doing, don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Absolutely over the moon with the service received! After having an issue with my car that felt like was impossible to diagnose, they found the fault right away and gave me multiple options to remedy the issue.The continuous updates from the team also was helpful as I was always in the loop with what was happening and when my car would be back on the road. Would have no hesitation bringing my car back for any future work or maintenance.

My car was well overdue for a service, the team fit me in ahead of rego. I was looked after & there was clear & friendly communication from the whole team. Car feels great to drive, they washed it, & bonus smells great. I highly recommend if you want a team of experts looking after your vehicle.

Have weird noise coming from my vehicle. Drop the car off in the morning, and Alex and his team diagnoise it accurately and fix the issue by lunch time, even had my car washed. Great service and really knows what they are doing.

100% Only shop I will go to. Had an semi-expensive job done here and 8 months later the part installed failed. Eastern Suburbs Automotive quickly squeezed my car into their schedule and replaced the part again at 0 cost to me. Eastern Suburbs Automotive is top notch.
