When the pandemic hit the need for our home-based health care services skyrocketed.  Having a robust infrastructure to rapidly employ the right people allowed us to capitalise on the opportunities which were presented to us.  Despite the pace of recruitment and exponential growth, we made very few poor hires and maintained a connected and engaged team. Since being introduced to Adapt by Design, I have found the culture in our office environment has somewhat improved.
