Leap in!
Reluctant to call as I knew I had incorrectly submitted a few let’s say exceptionally bad invoices due to myself and lack of knowledge how to do one ( invoice) the employee that took my extra long call made me feel that nothing I could throw at her she couldn’t fix. She was ex exceptional and made me feel that I was valued as their customer… She didn’t rush me through and actually explained what others don’t generally have the time or patience so I understood… Hand on heart if you ever want to come over into the nursing profession know that we would have you in a heat beat!!

As a participant I cannot stress how strongly I DO NOT recommend you engage the services of LeapIn.They pay invoices late, lose invoices, give you incorrect information, and when you finally exit their service (making you wait THIRTY days) they still cannot process your exit correctly.Despite my having asked this exact question, they still got it wrong, and needed another three phone calls and an angry chat to get action from them.I still have to wait yet another day on top of the original thirty to get my funds released.The staff at LeapIn were always very apologetic for their repeated failures, but that is not an excuse for the exceedingly poor service I have received.I REPEAT - DO NOT engage with this plan manager!I have rated them ONE STAR as I cannot rate them lower.

WORST. PROVIDER. EVER!!!Every invoice needed to be chased up, they repeatedly processed incorrect details and paid the wrong providers, weeks (sometimes months!) went by with unexplained delays and unanswered messages, and they also breached privacy laws by leaking personal health and contact information of other participants (more than once!) as they tried to process someone ELSE’S claim using MY funds instead(?), so I was given the full name, address, phone number and disability support needs of another NDIS participant despite having never met this person and them living in a different State to me as well??! How could so many identifiable details be mistaken for mine?Nevertheless, it’s Leap In!’s commitment to failure that is the only thing you can really count on because even YEARS later they have not improved and are still repeating the same mistakes and errors to this day.NOTE: If you’re seriously thinking of signing up with Leap In! read their service agreement VERY carefully and you’ll soon realise they have added multiple clauses that protect them from any wrongdoings; including advisory misrepresentation, sharing online misinformation, offering no data safeguards from program vulnerabilities or internet insecurities, and basically freeing themselves from any long-term financial responsibility at all; both as the participant’s NDIS Plan Manager and as a company as a whole.It’s through their cleverly disguised terms and conditions that Leap In! are allowed to assign all blame and recrimination onto the participant instead should any penalty or legal costs arise, even if the fault was theirs. Please be aware of this!

Leap in!
I have been with Leap In! a few years now and couldn't be happier!The bills are always paid promptly to service providers and the Leap In! App is user friendly and very helpful to keep track of funds spent and remaining funds, as well as any other information I need to know.Any time I call Leap In! I am always greeted with a friendly and caring person who is ready to answer any questions I have or advice I need with a very supportive approach.Leap In! go above and beyond as plan managers. They offer support over the phone or through email, keeping me updated with the latest news, ideas and tips to help us on our NDIS journey.I recommend Leap In! to anyone looking for a Plan Manager, they are an amazing team!

Leap in!
While things started well, it didn't take long before we were ignored and invoices were and are STILL left unpaid. Emails were rarely responded to, especially those from our providers seeking payment and money taken from wrong areas due to codes not being checked. Will now move to a new provider. Zero service just bulk monthly, generic emails. I cannot recommend this one at all.

Leap in!
My experience with Leapin has been wonderful. All the staff that I have interacted with have taken the time to explain and help with any enquiries. They do not talk down to you, and are extremely pleasant. I highly recommend them, especially to those who have a disability. They are very quick to process invoices and reply to emails. 5 Stars!

I would highly recommend LeapIn to do the NDIS plan managing, if you're not able to do it yourself or looking for one.I've found with each person that I've spoken to, polite, informative and very supportive.They've answered my many queries, and have helped me to help my son.Thank you for your service.

Leap in are brilliant, theyve really helped me to understand how to use my son's plan and the staff on the phones are always helpful. Im so glad I've found them. they definitely make it easy to understand

If I could give you a 0 star I would. I don't know where to begin.Invoice processing time.... if you want to keep your current providers paid, DO NOT use Leap In.Communication - Non existent, does not reply to emails and don't bother trying to talk to the person that called you again, no one will transfer you, if you ever get off hold.Service Booking - Staff didn't know what this was....Terminating your agreement??? somehow 30 days = almost 90, and still going for one participants plan.......It took myself, my Support Coordinator and my providers complaining to NDIS and the safeguards commission before LEAP IN actually acknowledged the issues, which they don't know how to fix.DO NOT USE LEAP IN!!!!!!!!
