The Hen & the Coq Events

We had a fantastic experience with The Hen & the Coq. All our pre-event questions were answered promptly and Anthony was absolutely lovely to deal with. On the day itself everything was fab! We were running a little late and the host and model were very understanding. They were both extremely friendly and made everyone feel so comfortable. It was such a great experience - full of good tunes, a lot of laughs and some questionable drawings. I would highly recommend the team at The Hen & the Coq!!

We had such a fun time doing our Life Drawing! Our Hen was so happy and had so much fun drawing & laughing. A really great idea for a Hen's to have some fun!

A fun experience with an excellent host who put us at ease, and taught us a thing or two as well!! If anything we would have liked it to be longer than 1.5hrs so there was more time for socialising. Certainly a memorable hens event!

Booked a night of life drawing and clay play for a friends’ hens night. It was such a good night, very classy and lots of fun! Everyone raved about how great it was. The model and artist teacher were so professional and relaxed. Thank you so much!

The entire team loved our team building activity! The host and two models were amazing, attentive and fun. It was a hit and really helped with the team spirit and bond. I would recommend it for team building events.

I booked a Clay Play event at the Fitzroy studio for my friends Hen party. Everyone had such a great time and Anthony and the team were super accommodating and lovely to deal with, making it a stress free and fun afternoon. They allow BYO food and alcohol, so it‘s a slightly more affordable option than some other venues and I was able to book the space beyond the allocated 90 minute class time so that we could keep celebrating. Most of all the bride loved it, which is what we were aiming for!The location is a bit hidden, so make sure you tell your guests how to find it and you will be asked to remove your shoes before entering the space, so wear your ‘good socks’.Definitely recommend!

Amazing event, very well organised and contact before the event was excellent as well. Art session with the model was fun and engaging and also very respectful and well thought out. Everyone had a great time and would highly recommend anyone to book this event.

Such a great experience for a Hen’s party! Every activity was seamless and enjoyable. The host and model were so accomodating and energetic. Would 100% recommend for a hens group that is looking for a bit of fun!
