Today I visited Benefit Cosmetics at Bondi Junction and I had the best time. I feel beautiful after I had my skin and face done and the recommendations and advices were fantastic very practical. The person that looked after me was very nice, polite, well educated and does her job very well, she is excelente in her profesion. I was happy when I left the shop.

Posting because I had a bad experience and when eyebrows are involved, it’s not like they just grow back within a few days. And as you get over 40, there is a very real risk they don’t grow back at all.I have been to benefit lots of times and had mostly great experiences.The girl who served me in this instance marked out my brows and where to pluck, looked fine. She then wiped the lines off and obviously forgot where she did the lines and proceeded to pluck. At the time, i did become a bit worried as it seemed like she was plucking for a long time and I was just getting a tidy up. She did one brow way too much. Especially considering current style is thicker!They had to call in an expert to do the other one. I was extremely unhappy. She applied some eyebrow pen to try and even them up and now I have to do that every time. Really not happy.Lesson learned. 1) make sure they mark out your brow lines and agree on where they should pluck. 2) Don’t let them wipe off the brown lines they put on. Before they start plucking. 3) watch what they do with a mirror.

Jane was amazing! My eyebrows are perfect. She took her time and done them better than I’ve ever had them done before. Exceptional customer service.

Such a wonderful experience. Mini facial then proper brow tint and wax by the delightful Tiffany the 2IC. Amazing results. The manager was so beautiful. She was gorgeous to me, my daughter and her best friend. It was my daughter’s birthday and she was so generous with her time. She gave her and her bestie a little age-appropriate makeover. She was just so friendly and personable. Not pushy at all, but genuine and enthusiastic. Could not recommend this store and these products more. We love them!!
