Worst service ever. Got my order completely wrong and when I called them to see if they’ll fix it up they hung up on me and said they were too busy. I drove down to their shop and they were all standing there on their phone doing nothing and had to argue to get my order corrected. Absolute waste of money and time. Better off finding a different kebab shop

I ordered a few times here with doordarsh.. the first 2 time I ordered, everything was perfect.However, the last time I ordered, they messed up my kebab.. I wanted it with onion and lettuce but what I received is all meat.I mean the food was good.. I just don't really like all meat kebab.

These guys services is shocking, they leave customers waiting for ages while they chill in the back they don’t have a hell out the front so you can call them, I literally had to call the phone of the store just to get someone to come and serve me, also found hairs in my food a lot they don’t wear hair nets which is grubby and gross, I’ve found their sizing portions are undersized compared to somewhere like jimmy’s kebabs down the road where their regular size is 17 bucks and it’s the same as the large here which is 22 so not very good value for money compared to jimmy’s highly recommend you don’t go to this place and use Jimmys instead better value for money and service

What a fantastic HSP, absolutely packed to the brim with thick, crispy, salty chips, plenty of meat, cheese and just drowned in the holy trinity of sauces. But it was made at a snails pace, time stood still as I waited for my greasy meaty package. It took so long it was like they were cooking the chips one at a time. I thought one of them had died halfway through and they’d had to drop everything. Time passed so slowly I could’ve counted the hairs on my dog. Perhaps they had a geriatric blind man in the kitchen. I guess we’ll never know. But my god that HSP was a good one.

Pretend to prepare your order and then charge you through Uber eats even though the order never gets prepared in the first place. Waited for over an hour and a half then got charged for the order and cancelation. Scam if you are ordering online.

You get good authentic kebabs here. Very reasonably priced and the kebabs are huge. Lots of extra fillings to select from and again reasonably priced. The chips are really good. Friendly staff and not too much waiting time once you've placed your order

Three times now, I have called ahead to place an order for pickup on my way. The first two times, they only started preparing my order after I arrived and had paid. Tonight I explained I didn’t have 10 minutes to wait and requested it be ready for when I arrive. Again, it wasn’t even started. I won’t be back. One of these shops on almost every corner now, so one would think that it is only good service that will set them apart. The service here sucks big time.

Ordered through Uber eats and everything was going great. Got my food in under an hour and it was an average tasting kebab as you’d kinda expect from a place like this. However it all went horribly wrong as the kebab had given me very bad food poisoning the next morning. This is inexcusable as a food based business. This is a serious health issue that clearly means your ‘restaurant’ is unsanitary and posing major health risks. I was lucky to not have to go to the hospital. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Disgusting!
