The staff here are always amazing and helpful. Everyone of them!! From choosing food advice, the lovely young man who helped me choose a harness and lead. The amazing groomers. I would totally recommend Best friends for whatever you pet needs are.

I’m a newbie to the pet world, recently getting a kitten and then a puppy. I have started from a point of no knowledge and every single time I’ve come in store I’ve had someone different give me the most comprehensive and friendly help. Absolutely love it here. Added bonus to the amazing service… there dog jumpers/jackets are the best quality I’ve seen!

Great atmosphere and staff, my dog Evie has been for a groom twice and they're fantastic with her. She comes home happy, not traumatised like she has been at other groomers. Great pricing for a very good job as well.

Best Friends Pets Melton
I went to Melton store and was served by a young man who explained about the different varieties of dry dog food. I was very happy with the service I got. He also explained about dog harness’s for the car to me. Couldn’t of received better service. Then the man who served me at the counter assisted me in how to join their store and then he gave me a phone number for booking in to puppy school. 10/10.

My experience with Best Friends Melton has always been really good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The person at the counter, after ensuring that there was someone to look after the register, carried the large 20kg bag of dry dog food out to the car for me. He told me that next time i should ask a staff member to help with getting the dog food to the counter rather than carrying it myself.Great service.

We took our two boys to get their nails clipped at the Melton store today. Just had to say that we were so happy with the way the two groomers treated our pups, they were so sweet and kind towards them. I wish I got their names! But thank you!

Everyone is lovely and so helpful here.I've taken my Lab in to the vet a couple of times and the vet is excellent with her even though she's boisterous and a bit mischievous, she didn't even notice she got her vaccine.Staff are very helpful if you're looking for something in particular and very knowledgeable.

We recently attended Puppy School with Jackson as the educator. His commitment to animal behaviour and compassion for dogs and dog owners was exceptional. I couldn't recommend his class highly enough.
