Victor and his team were amazing to work with and did an excellent job on the flooring of my unit. He was extremely helpful in assisting me with which type of material to go with and was very accommodating with changes in dates. Despite being overseas for a couple of weeks, Victor was constantly in touch with myself and his team to coordinate the job and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommended!!

Leo, Judy, Victor and the installers did an amazing job on the renovation of my apartment in Bellevue Hill. Exceptional product knowledge on flooring, picked a great contrast to the paint colours and very flexible around my schedule. Amazing customer service and very responsive. They truly care about the end to end and finish and came back the next day to do some final touches after the initial laying of the flooring. I can't praise the team highly enough for working long, late hours and on a public holiday. Thank you, job well done

FANTASTIC JOB. The service right from the Office to the guy who did the quote to the crew that came and did the job was excellent. An efficient one day job - the crew got stuck in and quietly whittled away with the floor boards, no problems. The product is great - colour so warm. I'm afraid the photos don't do the end result justice (mainly because the walls are dirty - that's the next job, painting!! and I plan on getting matching furniture). Great joinery. I would recommend this company 100% - courteous and professional.

This is a highly recommended floor laying company. From start to finish they worked to the agreed schedule. The contractors (a husband & wife duo I think) worked very smoothly and achieved a first class job. The room now completed is excellent. They cleaned up and left us with a finished and elegant room ready for immediate use. A gold medal required!

She was also very responsive and smoothly managed the whole process from estimations to supply and to installation.The installation team also did a great job - we've been enjoying our new hard flooring for months now and had no issues. My Bamboo flooring went in last week. Judy was very helpful during the process of deciding on which flooring to use. She sent me numerous samples ( it was during lockdown). The price was very competitive. The installers were very efficient and careful. Great outcome. Very happy with the finished job.

I went to several flooring companies but found Floor Venue to have a large range of laminate wood flooring and they knew their products.Installation went off smoothly. 2 men came and laid the floor quickly and professionally, working as a precision team. At all times a person from the office kept me informed when there was a slight delay. The floor looks great and really adds value and beauty.If the occasion arises, I will definitely use them again.
