I will not be going back.The girl that did my toes did a great job but the lady that did my nails so badNails are different lengths paint job just horrible needless to say I will be needing to go and get them fixed

They use unsterilised instuments. The sterilization pouch was not even closed or sterilized. They kept the instuments in the pouch without closing it and bring to the customers to make us believe that it is coming from a clean new pouch. That was really disgusting. Another thing is they talk in their own language among themselves in front of customers which is very rude and unprofessional.

I was happy at first but then they broke off without me doing anything to cause them to break, I am not happy at all, actually I’m peeved off. $70 bloody dollars down the drain and they claimed it’s because the nails were too long but I have had longer at other places and it has never been a problem, don’t go here, DON’T GO HERE! I promise it’s not worth it, travel to the Kmart plaza one instead, they are wonderful and do great, just not these people please, for the sake of your money.

Terrible! Absolutely Terrible! DON’T GO HERE! My nails broke off the same day and they charged me $80 for acrylic nails, do not go here. It’s better to travel to a nice place rather than go here, it’s not worth your money! Don’t go here!

I got a full set of nails. I'm happy with the colour I got im happy with the shape not happy with the service at all. Every single finger nail has been cut. All my cuticles have been cut and bleeding waste of money when there was complaint she said we can remove or give 10 dollars back. Got 10 dollars back but will NEVER be going back to them. I am disappointed.

I have been to this salon a few times and never had the experience I had today. Today I left the salon my nails half done and in complete tears after telling the lady she was hurting me and not just once (4 times) and when I said no more she held my hand and pulled it towards her. This has left my hand swollen and very sore. My morning of relaxation and pampering myself turned into a horrible situation.

At first was very happy with the service. My mum got a pedicure and the guy who did her pedicure was really lovely. The lady who did my manicure didn’t say a word. After 1 day my mums nail polish started to just fall off and at first thought it was because she has gel polish. But not even 3 days later my shellac started falling off in pieces. I’ve never had nail polish chip and fall off like this before. Not happy with finished product. Not even a week later and I have to get my nails fixed.

Me and my friend went here and we had such a good experience. The staff are so friendly, had such a good laugh. Nails were on point, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Way better than the other nail places.
