Rome was very professional. He paid attention to details and gave me good advice. I got few quotes from other experts. Rome was the only one who asked me to show him the floor map and told me what he would do step by step to create a termite barrier. He also pointed out all hidden timber stuff we had in the garden. I am very happy with his work. Looking forward to next year inspection.

Great service, on time and reliable. The most friendliest operator, very knowledgeable and experienced in this industry. He took his time to complete the work and went the extra mile to get every section of the property completed. It has been months since the property was serviced and I have seen a significant decrease in ants and insects overall. Great results and will definitely use this business on an annual basis.

Rome was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure to explain everything as he went. This is not just a spray and go service. We have not had any issues with pests since Rome has been out. We have used Total Guard pest control early this year on one of our properties and found them to be excellent. The entire process from booking a site visit to the work carried out was simple, straightforward and professional. The technician was very knowledgeable and through, their price was far better than others we have used and the entire process was great. Highly recommend and will use their services again.

Rome recently did our annual pest spary & was wonderful. Great service, explained everything he was doing & what chemicals etc he was using. We also have a 10 month old and he explained the safety of the products he was using which gave us peace of mind! Highly recommended his service
