Always terrific! Great service, knowledge and just a nice team to deal with all round. From the shop front at Macgregor, for advice, chemicals, water testing etc to home call outs. I recommend Swimart Macgregor for all your pool needs.

Had a problem in the pool with air bubbles at the jets and the crawly was not work. The service person who was sent only looked at the pool and took photos .Did not check for simple fixes such as leaks above ground although the service call includes half an hour hour of labor. Straight away jumped to the conclusion that there is an issue between skimmer box and pump" and to contact the leak specialist at the shop. We then surfed the internet and did some simple leak fixes and the pool has been working fine for the last 3 days. Saved some money in the process. My advise check the inter net for simple fixes before you call the "specialists"."

Anthony and the team are first class and their advice is always spot-on.They never sell you things you don't need and when you do need things (we've bought a pool cover and a robot pool cleaner this year) their service is fantastic. They delivered and cut the cover to the perfect size and didn't leave until we were happy with the result. The robot likewise.10/10 team that you will be hard-pressed to beat.

Outstanding service!We needed help urgently as we were selling our house and trying to manage a cloudy pool on our own. Where others were unwilling to help us, you came to our rescue and gave us a plan to remedy a cloudy pool. We are VERY grateful. Home handymen note, it is worth employing the RIGHT experts. Not happy! They aren't keen for business and services. Missed out by 2mins, the staff close the door right in front of me even just wanting to a quick swap 15ltr drum of chorine.

Extremely helpful! My Pool had turned green due to neglect and the team talked me through and helped get it sparkling again! Great communication and friendly service. The team definitely know their stuff. Highly recommend.

The team have been very helpful and I genuinely do appreciate their efforts. Tom and Allan have been a couple of times to attempt to resolve and ongoing issue and have both been very informative, professional and patient. We have somewhat implemented a fix but I just wanted to thank them for their time and efforts.

Alright, I been twice to get some stuff for my pool, I'm definitely not a pool guy so I ask a couple questions and don't really know what I want or need. Everyone experiences things differently and this is mine.Both times I've been served by the same old bloke who seems to be having a bad day everyday. I don't ask for a lot in terms of customer service, I get it, end of the day, you're tired or something you wanna be out there enjoying your hobbies whatever.But man It felt like I was committing a crime explaining what I was looking for, just a sheer lack of even the tiniest bit of enthusiasm. Might seem soft of me but this is a business that's like 50% customer service and I wanted to just give this place a 2nd chance but like why would I come back when I feellike a stain when I walk in the door?Like dude I want to come here and support other businesses other than the green shed but at least the people there don't make you feel like dirt.I am just one guy at the end of the day so who cares what I think right, If you have a good experience here I encourage you to keep supporting them.
