Was rushing there after a doctors visit for my dad to buy catheter bags. Got there at 5 minutes to five, doors were locked. Woman came out and said are you here to collect something? No, buy a couple of catheter bags. Oh we are already packed up. Not good at all. Will purchase elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. I can't thank them enough. For taking a great consideration on my part.7 days ago. I put an order through website. Unfortunately my husbands health is rapidly dateriorating. And I don't need the things that I ordered. Today I received an emailed that says my orders have been dispatched. And I make an Inquiry if it's possible to cancel them. The gentleman on the other line said let me take care of it. How I wish, I have pay attention when he told me his name. Once again thank u.

Moved to new building - Playford Health Hub. Clean spacious, parking with ease to entrance. Stocks variety. Staff are lovely and most helpful.Discount with pensioner and seniors card applicable on some purchases.

Cheerful, knowledgeable and very helpful staff from Reynella helped me get an Air Comfort chair for my dad who is in a nursing home. All staff followed through on their promises and I really appreciated not having to chase anyone for information or to ensure a timely delivery. Highly recommend this store and the delivery team.

Great informative sales staff, purchase of a Moon boot due to a fracture. Always great to support our local stores in Adelaide North. Their business is definitely professional, they are definitely worth a look if you are after any assistance aids.
