If you are advitised on many sites as open from a certain time you should be or contact the sites and have it changed not good service in that regard

Whilst installing a new antenna at Mandy’s request so that her customers had something to watch while waiting to be served, I noticed that every customer got a warm greeting with respectful and professional service.

Always friendly and helpful my car broke down at the pump the staff where very helpful and I was on my way in no time.I own a dedicated gas vehicle, this is the only service station in Townsville with LPG Thank goodness.

New managers are great! Not that old were bad, but very lovely people. Rajee and Peter, will help you in anyway they realistically can! Very friendly and helpful and know their business inside out.OPEN THROUGH ALL HOLIDAYS! !!Great location too.Excellent selection of snacks, drinks etc.Hours generous.8am til 9pm

Agree with previous review. Make it clear that you want my details before I dispense fuel into my vehicle. No I don’t use the “app” you asked for my information as per the current guidelines, if I refuse thats my right and it’s not illegal to do so. Paid for fuel and I will not be back!

Absolutely discussed with the behaviour of a Staff member’MANDY’ and her colleague, I’ve just left this fuel station after I was asked to leave, Mandy asked me to leave because I exercised my rights and then continued to discuss the issue with her colleague as I walked back in to give her some paperwork exercising my rights, she told me not to come back in to this fuel station again, this fuel station WAS a regular fuel stop for me…..I will never go there again.

Simple, no fuss petrol station near where I live. Friendly staff, decent pumps/facilities. United is usually a little better priced than other petrol places in town. Like it :)
