After taking my car to Glenn on multiple I was quite happy with the work & pricing. Until the last time. I was quoted over the phone $550 to do what I had asked which was fine I said yes please book me in. I took my car in on the date that he had said to bring it in, 3 days later I checked in to see how he was going to be told we ordered parts today, so I can start it next week. So my car sat there for 3 days with no parts even ordered?Then the kicker after the work was (roughly & not really) completed, I came to collect the car. The invoice I got sent was almost double and when I questioned it they quickly fixed up some of the charges & it was bought down slightly, still not the quoted price. After driving the car about two weeks, I was towing a trailer up the range & my intercooler pipe had blown off (the one that Glenn had replaced) when I asked sandy about it, she said that it can’t have been Glenn’s fault & he definitely did it up tight, but no one else had touched the pipes & he had also left a screw driver & a magnet under my bonnet.After all the lies that went back & forth through our emails I wouldn’t recommend anyone even gets their paddock basher serviced here. Plenty of other quality & trustworthy local mechanics around the area.
