Curatio massage and healing

I had a 90 minute Thai massage with Ben. It was without doubt the best massage I have ever had. I walked away free from pain I’ve had in my leg for over a year and feeling supple and unknotted! The leg issue, which my physiotherapist had told me was possibly permanent nerve damage, has not returned! Amazing relaxing and therapeutic. Highly recommend.

Waking up morning after morning with sciatica back stiffness and pain just to get out of bed to go to work was a struggle. Taking pain tablets to get through the day I started questioning “Why was my back so sore”. Was it my job causing it, was it the way I slept, I even started thinking it was my mattress causing the pain. It got so bad I couldn’t mow the law and do other activities that only 6 months earlier I could do. The pain and restriction of movement was starting to get me down. Was I ever going to get back to where I was months earlier. To make matters worse I was about to go on an overseas trip with quite a bit of adventure entailed. How was I going to do this?Less than a week out from the trip my wife suggested Ben as she had heard great things about him, so she made an appointment for me. After my second treatment in a few days with Ben, I was able to get on a plane for a long- haul flight with a little tenderness but within 2 days of my holiday my back was as good as it has been in years. It has been 6 months now and I feel great. No more tablets just to do daily tasks and I didn’t have to get a new mattress.Now I go to Ben once a month for an hour session to take a more proactive approach to my wellness needs but most importantly the freedom and movement which allows me to enjoy work again and my sport.I can highly recommend people give Ben a try just as I was asked to 6 months ago. His calm approach and his knowledge of the body when it comes to manipulation and massage is first class. Ben knows his stuff and the results speak volumes. Ben’s massage technique is fantastic. He is highly trained and boast a very comprehensive cv in a variety of bodywork skill sets. I use him regularly for performance work with injuries and therapeutic work for injury prevention. He is well versed in anatomy and musculoskeletal techniques. Most of his practitioner skills were acquired overseas. There are not many individuals that practice like him on the coast. His Thai massage technique is incredible. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He will also do mobile work and is very accommodating and flexible.

Ben was recommended to me 6 months ago. I have found his massage work to be really helpful in my gym recovery. He is a no nonsense masseuse who applies plenty of pressure to really get into painful muscles. I see Ben every three weeks and highly recommend his work. I got a massage including cups from Benjamin and it was amazing!He had the perfect pressure and always asked me to make sure it was okay. He knows exactly where to find the points that are sore or tight, and he made sure I was very comfortable the whole time.I feel so good after the session, I have way better movement in my neck and I definitely recommend to give him a visit. It’s hard to find a great massage but Benjamin knows what he’s doing. Thank you again!
