Hibiscus Sports Complex

Good facility for kids swimming and water play, but barely can be called a public aquatic centre, as all the swimming pools and swimming lanes occupied by squad training and kids swimming lessons during after hour time while majority of working adults are able to go swimming. One lane only for entire community, then you will be sharing the lane with everyone at every swimming speed and style. It is chaotic at best of the time, very disappointing and frustrating, with dozens of unpleasant swimming experiences at this over crowded one lane for all swimming centre.

I was excited to go as I hadn’t been since I was a child and had some good memories. Today the pool was so cloudy you could barely see 2 metres ahead of you. Full of leaves and the pool needs repainting. Really grotty compared to Manly, Chermside, Carina, or Cleveland pools. Full of uncontrolled kids with timid, ineffectual lifeguards. Won’t be back to see if it improves.

Has at great atmosphere, great gym, swimming pools, and classes for all ages. Great place for all ages would highly recommend. Great customer service. Great place just to go and have a swim or do some of the other classes.

Good basketball court .Clean and tidy.

Such a good complex for swimming lessons & for a fun budget friendly day out with family. The yellow slide is so much fun but does shut at 3ish I think

It's a great pool very clean and staff are friendly enough, the gym is actually very small compared to others but because it never gets to busy it's not much of a problem. The classes are really great and the teachers for the classes are really amazing and super friendly.

Really poor customer service for the reception staff named Joe.We (2 adults and 1 child) are queuing the line and will be the next one to be served. But somehow 1 old man with his grandson just cut in the line suddenly and Joe is starting to serve them. Excuse me Joe? You saw us on the line at the beginning time. Because I saw you already realized us when you served the previous customer. Okay, I understand probably you were focused on your customer service" with the previous client and didn't pay attention to other things. But how come you already know they are line jumpers and did nothing? You just hang there and let us debate. How poor customer service skills have you got?Based on this poor customer service that we are experienced

Took our daughter here for her first swimming classes and must say it's awesome. Well organised and nice warm indoor pool.. there seems to be a lot of activities here too.

Great pools for kids of all ages4 different zones and a water slide, shaded areas to sit and relax while keeping an eye on the kidsFood and drinks inside at the entrance, prices are goodKids loved the water slide

Nice complex and my gosh it was busy with learn to swim and multiple squads.I think if you were just looking for a swim either as a recreation or doing your own swim set. You would be wise to check before hand so you were not in a crowded lane or none at all.
