I was lucky enough to snap up a spot by cancellation and had a massage with Clare.At the time of my appointment, I was 4 weeks from my due date.Clare was thorough in my pre-massage assessment to understand any issues or concerns I had.The massage was lovely and relaxing. Pillows and towels were strategically placed and adjusted to keep me comfortable.I felt relaxed in Clare's presence. I was in the mood for a chat and Clare was happy to chat with me. But I have no doubt that if I had wanted quiet time, she would've met my needs.Communication about my booking was excellent. By the Bay even emailed me information after my appointment to help me understand how to get the most out of my massage.I'll be booking with By the Bay again, for sure!

Such a wonderful experience ! My pregnancey has been quite difficult and I have been ill and in a lot of pain for most of it. Seeing Laura regularly has made a massive difference in my quality of life while pregnant and really helps with the aches and pains of pregnancy.Laura's expertise and professional is outstanding and I always feel that me ( and my bump) are always in safe hands when I see her.

Absolutely incredible! I saw Laura throughout my pregnancy and she honestly made a world of difference to our journey! After regular massages I would feel balanced, relaxed and rejuvenated. Laura has a wealth of clinical knowledge and I always felt very comfortable in her standard of practice. I have always struggled to switch my mind off and truly relax in a massage, until now.
