I went to see Sarah to help me with some complex lower back issues and general muscle fatigue prior to attending the AFL Masters National Carnival in Adelaide in October 2022. I had two sessions 5 days apart and then drove ten hours to Adelaide (Not ideal). I played 3 full matches (ruck rover) over 6 days with very little pain that was associated to the areas that Sarah had treated. I am happy to say that my Vic Metro Div 1 team won the premiership and I was awarded All Australian selection. I am sure I would not have made it without Sarah’s professional help.
