The best gym! Incredibly welcoming and inclusive. All the trainers are passionate and knowledgeable and there is something for everyone from beginner to professional. Trained there all through my pregnancy and couldn’t have felt more comfortable :)

No offence trained here a few times and just a quick tip to trainer Pablo next time you have a client with a barbell jump squatting with bands think about what the F you are doing!Seriously the barbell hitting the neck the impact on knees and joints and the thoracic spine being under duress from this garbage technique and stupid exercise,clearly you got you’re qualifications from a corn flakes box.

I'm giving this 4 stars despite having no idea even where this fine establishment is, primarily to avoid any unsolicited chin music. Tbh I never went in or in fact have any idea why my review has been prompted. Perhaps I did wander in, muttered something about developing it into an ethical vegan pacifist wholefoods emporium, and was summarily concussed. Anyway good to see an old school boxing gym can still exist in a quince paste and jus world.

Fantastic gym, passionate and caring leadership. Learn the technical aspects of boxing, get strong and fit. Friendly environment a gym with everything you need to succeed with your boxing and fitness. Brilliant with kids ( my son loves training here ) respectful and socially responsible boxing gym. Highly recommend.

One of the best boxing gym in Sydney! Many of the pro boxers do teaching here and they all really patient and skillful and don’t see any discrimination as Asian in the gym.

Great local club. My son (12) is obsessed and goes twice a week to their 6am class and loves it.Great coaches, great infrastructures and affordable prices.
