Rivalea
Bought an already roasted Rivalea pork from Coles today, it would've been a nice piece if they hadn't overcooked & oversalted it. But it looked like it would've been a lot more tasty if it'd been done properly. Appart from the oversaltung & overcooking, the quality of the pork was good.
