My family and I were taking a trip for 12 months, and we were advised that putting our property up for Airbnb would be a profitable income rather than renting it out or leaving it empty. Host on the Coast were a professional team that ensured it was listed clearly, favourably and getting regular bookings. We found their flexible and honest services really ideal for us. They ensure we're getting good guests, maximising profit, and they're always on top of thing when it comes to call-outs and guest communication. We particularly found their channel manager really helpful as if allowed us to view our calendar and bookings while still on the road. Great team, would recommend.

Helen and her crew are outstanding. Having her manage my bookings for the last 3 years has been a dream. She has trained her staff to have the same meticulous attention to detail that she has. Nothing is ever too much trouble, the guest management of cleans is seamless which is quite a feat where there is a chronic shortage of cleaners on the coast. Helen has contributed to an exceptionally high occupancy rate. I’d recommend her business to anyone wanting the very best holiday rental management.

Initial phone call was great, then tried to send multiple texts and phone calls to peta and no response. Rang emily to see if Peta was on leave as i was not sure why i had no response for 2 weeks, and still no response from emily aswell.Shattered as i finally found someone local who i wanted to give business to and unfortunately they dont want it.

We rented one of the properties they managed early this year. Communication with Peta and Em was awful and was very stressful. It took over a month for them to return property of ours we accidentally left at one of the houses we rented. We will never book a place managed by them again.

We contacted Host on the Coast about managing our property for Airbnb, they had everything we wanted in their package. Really decent management fee and up front about the way they would go forward and with plenty of suggestions. They helped us get set up, furnished and offered lots of trade discounts and advice.
