This guy is a crook! Do not build with him unless you want major headaches all through your building experience and aftermath.. dont be fooled by the cheap pricing compared to the big builders you will definitely get what you pay for with this crook! Talk about dodgy unprofessional builder! He will pay for every cent in court!!

Highly irresponsible set of people who don’t know how to talk.created all sort of issues on neighbours property and dumped all their rubbish on their land.

Your home is the biggest investment of your life so take your time to find the right builder and don't rush into signing anything until you have done all your research. If you are looking to build with a professional Persaud homes are definitely not the builder you are looking for! We have just moved into our new home that Harry Persaud (owner of persaud homes) built and it has been a nightmare from the day we signed the contracts! We choose to build with him because it seemed like a decent value for money but it has been a huge mistake! We got the house inspected after every stage and it was clear from the inspector that Persaud homes only use only the cheapest dodgiest workers in the western suburbs! I mean every single person that worked on our home was an absolute joke! To the point of fustration where the simplest of task could not be carried out correctly! I mean something like the paintjob which gives your home the finishing touch looked like it was painted by a 5 year old child!! The state of the house when Harry asked us to do the final walk through was an absolute joke, i mean talk about a guy who clearly does not check the house himself due to the look on his face when we showed him the rubbish he considered to be good work! I could go on & on about all the mistakes that were made in our home but it would take you hours to read this review. I will say that he eventually made hardly no money on our home by the time the inspectors list was written and we basically had to get the VBA involved & get our own subcontractors to fix all the damage caused by his unqualified workers. i mean the guy basically has no communication with workers and they decide to do whatever they feel like on the day, for example we got render done on the front due to the out of level brickwork his brick layer did and he painted the render purple when we asked for (bamboo brown)?? We called him and his response was oh sorry they ran out of color?? Seriously who does that?... Anyways i could go on and on but frankly I'm sick of talking about this as it makes me very angry, since we moved in we have continued to have problems even with the nbn internet which his electician didn't connect properly but since he has already been paid his final payment he has told me to go to hell so we are currently taking him to court!!! STAY AWAY FROM HARRY AND PERSAUD HOMES THEY WILL RUIN YOUR HOME BUILD WITH A PROFESSIONAL OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT PERSAUD HOMES. We build our dream house with this builder. But our dream become nightmare. Do not believe what they say. They are big cheater and cheating with peoples emotions and there money. Very poor quality material. Not even three month of this house grout is already coming out, kitchen cabinets are place wrong way, work of carpenter wasn't done properly alot more.Better to spend bit more to a good builder who really care about his name and gives you better quality and service for your dream house.THE BUILDER WRITE AND SIGN ON PAPER THAT HE WILL FIX THE ISSUES IN A MONTH AFTER I MOVE IN BUT NOTHING BEEN FIXED.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER.

We are building a 25 sq house in Heaven with Ashish of Persaud Homes and dealing with him has been so hassle-free & efficient! Since the day we walked into the display home and met with Ashish, he has gone above and beyond in making the house building process as stress less as possible. He responds to our calls and queries promptly and has helped us find a good value for our money. We changed our mind quite a few times but he has been very patient with it which is a rare to see in today's time. I'd highly recommend Ashish from Persaud Homes to anyone looking for a reliable builder!

Very poor response in terms of building repair oncethe property is sold...Very unprofessional behaviour from all staff . Highly recommend not to buy or build any house from these builders.Horrible experience for a life time .

Very bad experiences, don't go with Persaud, they didn't complete anything ,not proper cleaning and they didn't handover the keys just send by post. Water leakage is already start.
