When I say exemplary service, it’s an understatement. I cannot thank Michelle at Charlestown Casey’s Toys enough for helping this frantic Aunty to get her 4 year old nephew the perfect Christmas gift. It’s an overwhelming time of the year to say the least, but Michelle assisted me, going above and beyond to ensure the experience was smooth and stress free. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Michelle, you are an absolute testament to Casey’s Toys! If you go in to Charlestown store and need help buying a gift be sure to ask for Michelle!

I recently shopped at Casey's toys Charlestown to buy model paint . Michelle and Emma were extremely helpful , going out of their way to ensure I got the correct colours .

They have a great selection of stuff here, sensory toys, collectables, arts and crafts, blocks, and decorations. There are many things things that I haven’t seen elsewhere! Also every time I have been, the staff have always been so lovely and so I am never nervous to ask for help here :)

Michelle and Savannah were incredibly helpful. I was after a specific coloured unicorn and they worked as a team to search the store for me. They went totally above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be recommending the shop and in particular those two very helpful workers!

5/5 stars for Casey’s Toys! My soccer card obsessed boy was very grateful to Michelle for calling us when a new shipment arrived and they even kept them aside for him to have first pick once we got there. Lovely service - cannot fault them!

If you are looking for any toys, Casey's Toys Charlestown should be on the top of your list. Went in yesterday looking for something I needed for my model collection and sure enough they had what I had been looking for. Staff are always happy and helpful. Store is always well organised, clean and tidy.

I can’t express enough how much I love the Charlestown store, I’ve only shopped there 4 or 5 times now and every time it has been a truly amazing experience with their HUGE range of toys and such a beautiful atmosphere created by the staff and manager who are so kind, warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond, doing their absolute best to help you get the exact toy you are wanting! There is no other shop like this! The major department stores will never have this kind of staff who want to do everything in their power to ensure you the most fulfilling shopping experience. They bring me such joy and truly brighten my day every visit. I am now seeing myself frequently make the trip to Charlestown Square JUST to visit this store! When it comes to toys they are by far THE BEST to deal with. What a great family run Australian business! I was there just yesterday and I already can’t wait to go again, Casey’s Toys are THE BEST!! 1000%

Didn't buy anything but had some decent specials and good range. Young guy working there was welcoming and friendly.

I love this shop. Obviously, you don't find many toy stores around anymore and it's so exciting to have such a great range in one place. The staff are amazing, and I always love to look in the glass cabinets to find something cool for myself as well haha
