Our cat Latte was sick a week ago from lily poisoning and we brought him to this vet. The doctor, Leo, was really helpful and even used pockets of his own time to help as we panic over Latte. Latte made a full recovery coming back home despite losing a bit of fur to ultrasound scanners. Would recommend this place for any locals.

Our Golden Retriever had a slip into a table and progressively lost the use of one of her hind legs over the ensuing 12 hours - scary stuff. Emergency vet on the night wanted thousands of dollars for treatments and assessments that may not have led to a positive outcome - very doom and gloom. Went to Dr Kat at THCV for a 2nd opinion the next day and she was simply amazing. She was completely caring and understanding. Reassured us that it is likely something that would improve over time (it has) and that surgery or anything else invasive was not required (it wasn't). A precautionary x-ray to rule out a pelvic fracture (it wasn't) was all that was needed along with some tips to help Honey get around for a week or so. She is up and about living a normal life with her sister. The leg troubles her at time and she tires easily. But she is one happy dog (in the back of the photo). So pleased with Dr Kat. Apologies for not posting a review sooner.

My cat just got a normal check because of her hair loss problem. The vet said the fur will recover by herself, but her eyes get infection. The vet sold me the ilium opticin eye ointment 5g with the price $55.10, which is only value $6.5 ( can find price online and vet pharmacy). The 10 minutes general consulting charged me $84.5. Besides that, they didn't provide the invoice as they promised. After several times requirement through email and on site, finally I got it. Never go there, they are totally overprice and charge you much more.

Dr Kat was great. My girl loved her visit while my old guy was being treated for a sprain.

I cannot rave enough about the clinic. My dog got meningitis and they worked so hard to look after her. Whenever I saw them interact with my pup, they were so gentle and caring - I knew she was in good hands. Their follow up after we were discharged was so comprehensive, and it felt like they were really invested in my dog’s recovery.

Getting in touch with the team at The House Call Vet was the best thing I ever did. The home consult allowed for proper assessment of my dog's situation without the additional stress of having to travel to the vet. The complimentary transfer to the Sunny Bank clinic when further treatment was required was just an added bonus.I can't express enough how amazing the team was, and I left the clinic confident that the upmost care was provided!10/10 recommend!

Dr Katrina and Nurse Maddy visited us at home today and I’m so happy with the care they provided! Would definitely have them back for future check ups. It’s so nice to have the vet come to your home so your baby can be relaxed. Their mobile vet truck was pretty cool! Same cost as visiting a vet in store.

Dr Rachael has been great in looking after our senior boy. Very understanding and thorough.
