I’ve had several amazing experiences in the Dion Lee Emporium store with Maddy. I’ve been coming to this store for over three years now and continue to do so - due to the fact that I have always received such amazing customer service and after care service with my regular SA. Again thank you so much Maddy for all your assistance and advice. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family to visit this boutique.

I don't often feel the need to come online and leave a review but I really had such a good experience in the Emporium Store today thanks to the lovely Sales Assistant Madeline. She was really kind and lovely, not pushy at all but helped me find the perfect outfit. She was genuine with a really nice demeanour and its not often you go shopping (when you have dragged your 8 yr old and 10yr old along) and have a happy and enjoyable experience. Not to mention, I love the outfits she helped me find and I wanted to give Madeline a shout out for being so great. Not once did she try too hard to sell me anything which i find a massive turn off, but i did find myself (excitedly so) buying more things than i had intended too and spending more money than I intended to, but feeling happy about it also.Also thank you to Dion Lee for making such nice clothing for women. I always enjoy supporting Australian designers, especially when travelling overseas representing Australian fashion.

Really positive customer service. Quality and unique dress clothing styles. Expensive but worth it for the product. Highly recommend to shop here.

DONT EVER BUY DION LEE ONLINE!!! they will sell items they don’t have while farfetch always match dion lees sale price. Dion lee message you saying the item is out of stock. It has happened to me twice where they sold an item they didn’t have. I bought an item that they did send to me and it was dirty and covered in fake tan. Customer service team is an absolute joke you won’t get anywhere if you have a problem. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere the quality is at a zero

Came I to purchase a $1,500 dress and the cost of my time was worth more than the dress itself. I’ve purchase many DL dresses and now I’m off it. The quality is absolutely not worth what that advertise to be.

My partner purchased something from Gabby the other day and she went above and beyond to make sure he got exactly what he needed - all while being made to feel so comfortable. She was kind, genuine and so helpful. Will definitely come back to see her again!

Paddy helped me with my selections and was an absolute sweetheart.Dion Lee never ceases to impress me with the attention to detail and out-of-the-box styles and cuts of each piece. Love the quality. It’s very apparent that the designer takes care in the selection of fabric and production of each collection.Thank you for a wonderful experience!
