I don't have much hair these days but like most blokes, I know how I like my hair cut. I was seen by the woman with the big hair and big tats. I asked for a 2 all over with square neck. So she decided to do a 1 instead, and took forever to do it. Guys, if you want your hair cut the way you ask for it, then go to a barber. This place is a hairdresser that thinks they know better than you.

Got in the chair and the barber said I've got to go to the toilet" comes back with a coffee. His outing took longer than my $45.00 5 minute Shocking haircut - Go to pay and asked to leave my drivers license because they only want cash !!!!! Just awful in every way!!!!"

Honestly the BEST customer service I've ever had at a barber. Just great personable staff, phenomenal attention to detail and not outrageous price. It's about 30 bucks for a blokes haircut but honestly you spend twice as long there as you would at Salon Express, definitely worth the money.

Luciano has been my one-stop-shop for hair cuts since arriving in WA some 20 years ago. Would never consider going anywhere else. Josie has never let me down. Always look forward to getting in the chair for a haircut and having a good old chat about life. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Decent haircuts, but they need a better system for dealing with the queue. Waited almost an hour (I get it, it was busy...the time wasn't the issue but the way we waited was). There was no way of identifying the queue, asides from them asking who was next.I was there with my 2 boys and the first was getting his hair cut. They tapped the shoulder of the person who came in after me and got him into a chair, even though my 2nd son was still waiting. I get that it's an easy mistake to make, but some sort of numbering system would have avoided the mistake. I could have said something, but I didn't want to put the young boy in a spot (he was already in the chair) as it wasn't his fault.Haircuts were ok...but not sure it was worth a couple hours!

Worst salon. Guys NEVER go to Luciano's to waste your hard earned money. I have been bitten twice. The price is too high for their pathetic hair cut services. The business owner cut my hair. She never listen to what you want. She thinks she knows everything, and she decides what hair style you should have, irrespective of what you request or want. She spoiled my hair. Her equally talented colleague Adam cut my son's hair: it was horrible without any surprise. Returning home, my wife cried seeing our son's hair cut. A total waste of time and money. no courtesy, no place to sit or any coffee, tea or even water. Never again to this place.

Always come here even though it is an 1 hour drive for me. Bring my children here as the for the quality and the staff. Josie and her always do an impeccable job. I love the casual walk in approach. No need to have a schedule.

I've been coming to Luciano's for over 45 years. Why? Because the staff are brilliant, skilled and very personable. Good for a laugh and conversation You couldn't ask for better.

I have been going to Luciano`s for over 20 years and always Josie does a brilliant job of my hair even though its a mess when I do go as I really do not look after my grey locks. Always a laugh and a joke and Josie is very customer orientated. I have read some of the ridiculous comments on Google regarding Luciano`s I can only imagine they are written by someone who has never been to Luciano`s or is just a pure internet Troll Well done Josie and team keep up the great work.

Have taken my almost 3 year old toddler multiple times over the last year. Lily has been the only hairdresser who got him in the chair. She's really patient, kind and flexible. Her haircuts are always nice and I feel for $25 it's good value. My son now knows her as Lily
