To All Prospective Customers - BEWARE !!!What a big mistake and regret choosing this incompetent, dishonest & overpriced tax agent! They are bunches of very low standard amateurs who I can do better myself if I did my own tax return that could have saved me a lot of my hard earned money if I only knew beforehand, who instead of maximizing your tax refund will end up getting the minimum or miss out on some things because they are amateurs and only knows the basics but they are in the business of earning quick $$$ and overcharging clients and the worst part of this pathetic and nasty experience is getting charged hidden fees that you won’t know until they are finish with preparing your tax return which will make you loose more of your minimal tax refund by them getting more of your refund and you will get a lot less, Beyond belief but so true & this is not a fake review but only to warn others from my unfortunate experience with this cons so it won’t happen to anyone! This Tax Today - Campbelltown branch must be investigated by the NSW Fair Trading, Stay Away & Never Trust this Ripoff, Misleading, Dodgy, Opportunistic crooks to do your tax!!!

Do not use. Boasting online and when you call up instant refunds. Once your there and can't leave they tell you it's only a small portion we can give at a rediclously inflated price. Then call you 2 weeks after telling it delayed" was promised 7-10 days. Full of lies and manipulation. Don't use tax tips are so much better use them instead."

Don't waste your time with this company, go elsewhere where you will receive a callback and get your refund processed when you need it. I sent all my documents and paperwork to the account/owner and no one has contacted me and it's been almost a month.Waste of time and very unprofessional.
