SOHO Express

Highly recommend Soho Express. I purchased a laptop and desktop computer for my business. They were great in advising me on the right products for my needs and the after sales service has been fantastic too. They're friendly, approachable and easy to deal with. I'm really happy with my purchases and will be returning for more.

One star because less is not an option. Purchased a computer from these people and has been absolute rubbish, nothing but trouble, fixed twice by them and multiple problems still exist. Obviously do not know what they are doing. Cheap equipment, does not even boot-up!!, now quotes $100/hr to look at it!!!!!, they give you the lame you must have done something response"!!!!......Waste of time

Caveat Emptor. Forget about support if the purchased product is faulty.I purchased a MAC keyboard second hand from Soho Express for my daughter who was studying interstate. It cost $65 so I expected it to be in decent condition. A couple of months later I asked my daughter how the keyboard was. She informed me many of the keys didn't work, and never had. I sent a message to Soho Express. No response. I messaged them again requesting they confirm their response. They replied the item had a 30 day warranty only.Australian consumer law states that a product must work for a reasonable time after purchase, even if purchased second hand. $65 would dictate a decent keyboard in my opinion. I have tried to contact these people via messaging, phone and email. They respond to nothing. They probably know I won't launch action against them for $65. Learn from my mistake. Keep well clear of this business if you expect aftersales support.

I bought a second hand laptop from SOHO Express and I’m really pleased with the service that I received. The laptop I purchased was exactly what I was looking for. They were knowledgable, helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy IT equipment or seeking advice or technical services.
