Wasted my time taking a load of Aluminium there only to be told I needed an ABN, even though their website gives a price rate for private and a seperate rate for ABN holders.

Friendly staff and excellent pickup service. First they organised my freezer collection on the other side of town. Then when truck arrived and I realised they also accepted scrap metal, the friendly driver kindly took our huge metal gate, old piping, and old clothes line as well. Was super happy to cancel my trailer hire I'd already booked to take gate and line to local recyclers - who wouldn't pickup! You guys are awesome.

Used these guys twice to support a mate.First time removing a bin of scrap they caused $500 damage to my walls & shelving.Second time, they agreed to pickup scrap only to not pay and return it because they ‘couldn’t resell it’I agreed to take it back, and it was simply dumped onsite unsecured and with no phone call as promised.

Had a chat with their receptionist. Stated they dont service Eastern suburbs even though its clearly stated on their website. Told me to google somewhere else. Bad customer service. False advertising on the website.

Been dealing with these guys for years. Whether it be scrapping our copper/brass/lead at great rates, having them leave bins on larger projects for scrap, or simply heading down there to get rid of steel. They have always been easy to deal with and always contactable. Very reliable metal recycling company.
