We felt everything was under control at all times, and at a time of loss and emotional drain, you need the details to be taken care of by someone you can rely on. The funeral and burial all went exactly according to plan, and Massimo was ever-present and in control all day, right down to making suggestions we wouldn't have thought of ourselves, to ensure there were no regrets on the day.
