Lots of options on the menu but I regularly return for the protein power salad, yum! There's bathrooms on premise which is good. The servers seem to change every time I go there but no complaints, always helpful.

We drove by this place just by chance on a cold rainy afternoon. We stopped in for lunch and so glad we did. It was lovely that they let us try the soups, and my normally picky daughter devoured the generous serving of the vegetarian minestrone. Will definitely visit again. The staff and service were very nice.

Decent baked potato, but $19 is pricey even considering fresh ingredients. The 'chilli' is underwhelming; just flavourless kidney beans and tomato. Melting the cheese on the potato was nice though. However, you can get a more flavourful potato nearly as big at SpudBAR for $12. The Fresh and Co. website also promotes iced coffee which is no longer offered. This caused the staff confusion. Unfortunately I left without any coffee whatsoever as they had run out of beans.

If you live in the area, a spud from this place is a must try....but once you try you're going to want to make it a weekly habit.Generous servings, and guacamole, hummus etc. don't cost extra. In fact, the menu for make your own says 6 ingredients, but lately you've been able to add as many as you want for the same price.The staff are lovely. Sometimes they get a bit stressed when there's a queue, and I wish they wouldn't because no one minds waiting for such great food.I've noticed it's getting more and more popular, and I must say it is better than it was a couple of years ago. I would happily eat here 5 days a week now.

Seems like new owner took over this place.Not as many option when order a soup.I told the guy behind the counter that I’m going to dine in and he still gave a takeaway package.They used to sell the soup with crotons and bread on the side, not anymore.I wasn’t too happy! Probably won’t come back again.Service wasn’t to friendly.Another example of new/poor ownership that dropped the standard of the previous owner.

I really liked this place! I try to avoid gluten and dairy and eat healthily, but I also don't want it to taste like cardboard. I had a Paleo Power" Salad and a banana and peanut butter smoothie and they were both fantastic - fresh and full of flavour. They also have a very wide range of meal options. Do yourself a favour
