Cooroy Termite & Pest Control

I changed to this local business this year after not being happy with pest company I had been using.. This is one of my major home maintenance expenses and I need someone who is professional honest and just does the job right.I was impressed with Cooroy Pest and happy to have them in my home and highly recommend them.

I live in an apartment block at Sunshine Beach. Unfortunately the Body Corp, after having a termites nest in the fence below my apartment, untreated for several years has now decided to engage Cooroy Pest Control. I have just had a replacement hip operation ( I was punched in my face for my mobile phone at Noosa Junction, they broke my tooth and I landed on my head and back) I would like Cooroy Pest Control to Scedule this treatment for a time when I am well enough to leave my apartment. They just state the whole day, not even a time to within an hour. They refuse to reschedule the termite control, stating that it has to be treated. Well it didn't matter for months and months and it's only termites for gods sake. They are too nasty and up themselves to consider that I do not want to breathe in their pest control fumes. Surely it wouldn't hurt for them to reschedule it to when I can leave the apartment on crutches and stay out all day, possibly one or two weeks time, because they refuse to even state the time ( to an hour) of their arrival.

I’m a city girl moved to the country; I’m freaked out by wildlife coming into the home (they are welcome to all the gardens and paddocks). These guys come and didn’t laugh it off and didn’t make me feel stupid like ‘pest were a part of country life so don’t bother with pest control’. Cody and Andrew, the Cooroy pest lads were different. On time, professional and clean. What a great experience. Thanks lads.

Great company to deal with. I’ve used quite a few other companies before and I can say that the quality of service is outstanding with these guys! Super friendly and professional, they listened to our concerns and desired outcome, went above and beyond to accomodate and I felt so comfortable to have them in our home. Also the lady I dealt with on the phone was so friendly and also very accommodating. I highly recommend these guys for your pest control/inspection for sure! Don’t bother looking any further you won’t be disappointed!

Extremely happy with using Cooroy Termite & Pest Control for the past 5 years, they are a wonderful company to deal with for our termite inspections. We have an annual termite protection plan with Cooroy. Their people come out to our place every 8 weeks or so to check the termite stations. They are always professional doing this. We intend to continue with the protection plan.We also had them out today to check for rodents in the roof. Again, the rep (Jason) was very professional, informative and punctual. We are very happy with their service.

Paul was extremely effective in completing the termite inspection, giving feedback along the way and making sure any of my questions were answered. Paul was professional and explained the process with ease, further sharing insights and suggestions regarding home ownership. Paul was absolutely delightful and is extremely knowledgeable in this industry. Best of all, he gave advice freely and was not forceful in anyway regarding committing to future work with the company. Further to this, the company have communicated effectively and efficiently across our communication. I have since booked in for further work due to Paul's patience, professionalism and total nice guy" energy. I would recommend the business above all others."

The initial phone call answered by Cassie was a rare positive experience. She was polite, thorough, informative and a credit to her organisation. The actual service turned out to be the same, professional, polite, friendly, thorough and flexible, with Ben having to work around another plumbing tradesman here at the same time but nothing was a problem. The final report was very thorough and professionally prepared.

Switched to Cooroy Termite and Pest Control because they are a local operation with excellent reviews.Wasn't disappointed. They have provided quality advice and service.They followed up the initial installation of termite protection and decided we should have more posts under our house, which they provided at no extra cost.They are a pleasure to deal with and very much aware of site specific applications.We feel confident they are providing first rate protection and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very professional, thorough, prompt & a friendly personable helpful knowledgeable staff. They eradicated our termite issues thoroughly ( though it is not something that can be done overnight as they fully s explained ) & now we maintain their services ( for a fee, that although is relatively pricey , we find a necessary expense) to keep our home termite free. I have no hesitation in recommending them & I have done so to my next door neighbours who did use them . We live in a termite area & it is an issue one needs to be viligant on.
