Bought a packet of Fazenda #1 coffee beens to try in our DeLonghi La Spcialista Coffee Machine and I have to say it was the best long black I have had in many years. Superb coffee.

Amazing place. The owner knows everything you can think of in the world of coffee and is delightful. I walked in with a video of my espresso machine and a question for the owner to improve my homemade coffee. The owner told me exactly what I was doing wrong just by watching the video of the stream of my coffee and that was the exact problem. I scraped the internet prior but did not find the answer. I am now going to be a regular customer for my ground coffee from this place.

I have been purchasing all things coffee at Balwyn Coffee Centre for many decades. The coffee beans are guaranteed fresh and beautifully roasted on site. The same care was provided in helping us choose a coffee machine and grinder - we loved the machine so much we bought 2! George and his staff seem to just want to provide trustworthy, good old fashioned customer service.

First I really like the way they’ve setup the shop. You get a distinct feeling & aroma of coffee the moment you enter.It’s like having an experience of coffee & not just drinking coffeeI had a cup of Fazenda #1 & it was amazing. The guy at the machine, Steve, was very warm & welcoming just like the coffee he made on a rainy Melbourne afternoon.Definitely a coffee worth drinking & an experience worth having!

Avoid like a plague. We bought coffee grinder that did not do the job - grinding grit unsuitable for espresso. When we asked for a refund, all we got is a tsunami of verbal abuse. These people are vile.

With the stage 4 lockdown in place, my coffee bean supply came to an abrupt end this morning! It was great to see the Balwyn Coffee Centre has responded to COVID-19 with a delivery service. Online ordering was as simple as sending a Facebook message and paying the invoice emailed to me. Delivered same day. Weekend rescued! Great coffee as always.
