Unfortunately they did a no show for our pre-bookwd wedding booking so we had to drive ourselves. We thought planning 6 hours ahead would be fine..we then couldn't get through on the phone to check and then they called us as the bride walked down the aisle at 4 pm :( (30 mins late) . The previous night we had no issues with getting a taxi to and from the pub. Disappointed that we wouldn't have made it to the wedding if we had have waited for them to turn up. Please dont take bookings that you can't fulfil.

We waited for over an hour and half for a pre- booked cab coming home from a venue in the vineyards last Saturday night.The service is great once they pick you up!Not enough cars in the fleet but they have the monopoly. Note to uber drivers 'get to the vineyards on Saturday nights'. There's money to be made.

Rang and booked a taxi after a concert at Hope Estate. Was told where to be picked up and waited there, no taxi arrived, we waited for 2 hours with no communication and when I called repeatedly the phone lines appeared to be switched off. Understand the concert is hectic but communication has to be better as we were totally stranded for 2 hours, disgraceful stuff

I was nervous after looking at other reviews but had a great experience with Wine Country Taxi. Several pre-booked taxis turned up 10 minutes early each time. My only complaint was the price tended to be $5-10 over the initial estimate.

I called to pre-book a taxi at 3:00pm. I was promised that the taxi would be here at 3:30pm at the latest, taxi didn't show up, called again, said he would be another 10 minutes. Called again, said he would be another 10 minutes.Ended up having to cancel our last wine tasting for the day and had to still pay for the tasting, which we completely understand.Wine country taxis put a negative twist to our whole hunter valley experience.I wouldn't recommend relying on hunter valley taxis whilst in the Hunter Valley. Don't make promises you can't keep!

Not okay. Called well before we needed to leave. Was given an estimated time of 15-20 minutes. After an hour (60 minutes) we called for an update. They said 15 minutes. After another 15 minutes, they hadn't arrived. We called, but they literally didn't answer. Insanity. Don't bother calling.
