Awesome service. Our garage door was jammed, literally the day before we had to move out. Del came out that next morning and was a godsend. Great guy and quick service

Del has been to our house today to repair our garage door which had stopped on us out of the blueIt had been working fine but this morning there was a loud bang and it stopped halfway openDel was extremely efficient in diagnosing and repairing the problem, advising that he would come back and fix any further issues we may haveWednesday 2 November and Dell has been fitting our new sectional door todayI don't know how he does it but he manages to do it all on his own and does a great jobHe has been servicing our garage door for years now and has kept it running but we bit the bullet and decided to get a new oneLooking at it I am glad that we haveI've no hesitation in recommending Sound Garage Doors

Mid January organised Del to come around and quote for replacement on 2 garage doors. Received the quote in good time, with very reasonable pricing.2 weeks later attempted to contact Del for an update and received a 'we're working on it'. For the next month I tried to phone and left text messages on numerous occasions with no return communications. It's now been 3 months since the initial quote and Del had the balls to say today that, me messaging them saying that they were being very unprofessional and rude by not returning my calls, that he was cancelling my order.All I can say is, stay clear of this lazy and rude business. Can't take responsibility for his own short comings and blames the customer. Pfft

Del was prompt in retuning my phone call and came out the following day to have a look at my slow garage door. He explained what the problems was and gave me a couple of options. He was very polite, friendly and explained what he’d done and how to keep things working well, once he’d finished the job. I will definitely recommend Del to family and friends.

Prompt, knowledgeable, likeable and helpful. We were fortunate to get a same day appointment, price match to repair broken springs and a 5 year warranty on top. The technician also noted our motor [recently installed by another company] wasn’t in the ideal place and moved it for us - at no cost, which consequently made our garage door so much quieter opening and closing than it had been previously. Thanks again guys!

I didn’t want to give 1 star, but had to so I could post a review: disappointed customer:Thought we would go local when our garage door motor gave up. A friend recommended this company as her experience was great. Yes, we got a prompt phone call with the promise of coming later in the day. After waiting on said day AND the next morning, with a no show, no call to say otherwise or apologise and still no call now it’s 3 days. Yes we went local to another company and they were prompt and they came through with everything they said. Well done A1 Doors 5 star service.

Del has done a great job attending to our garage door twice over the past ten years. Most recently he installed the new controller and chain very quickly, at the time arranged, and for a good price. Very impressed!
