Churchill Island
Heard really good things about Churchill island but was really impressed myself when I went with the family. Lots of informative sessions that’s great for all the family like milking the cow, sheep shearing, working farming dog and surprisingly my kids liked the whip cracking!Cafe adjacent at reception was really lovely for scones and hot drink!

A great way to experience farm life. The place is very neat and clean with friendly staff. There are plenty of farm animals, and the scheduled activities like Blacksmithing, Cow Milking, and Sheep Shearing are a nice touch. There's also a cafe inside and the coffee and food is good.

One of the best experiences in the area. Enjoyable time for the kids to visit a real farm and have close touch with the farm animals. The place is well served and maintained. The only thing that can be improved is the food service, I find it over priced and under served.

Beautiful little island with farm animals and friendly care takers. Take note that all their farming activities are between 1-3pm so plan the visit accordingly.Only negative thing was the cafe service. I wanted to get some food but we reached a minute after 3pm and the lady at the service counter told us off very rudely saying that they were closed. It spoilt our entire mood as we had initially planned to eat lunch there.

Great place for the family to go and have a look at how they managed on Churchill Island. The kids had great fun running around the farm and looking at some of the animals they have. Or you may like to check out the cottages they lived in. The gardens are great and very looked after. There is a cafe and souvenir shop if you like to buy a gift.
