I have been with optus for over 10 years, even after I've been told to go to others I came to optus to just see about my phone and I met Sandy the manager and Tristan where I recieved excellent service , friendly attitudes and have re-signed for 3 more years. Will recommend optus sunbury to friends and family.

Went there after work at 440pm and service was so quick for a replacement sim. I was very impressed.Wasn't even there for 5 minutes.

Massive thanks to the guy who assisted me with my phone no charging because of dust etc in the port. Spent the time cleaning the phone port and when it still wouldn't charge suggested I try cleaning it with an interdental brush from Coles. This has worked and the phone is now charging. Excellent customer service - thank you and well done!

Went to get replacement sim, had to wait for 2 hours for 1 minute task. The sales people failed to triage the enquiry. Saw other 2 customers left disappointed with the service.Looks like the team leader herself need more training.They don't value customers time.
