Very easy process. Everything can be done online and you've just have to come in on move day. The staff, who understand the stress of moving furniture around, were very helpful and supportive in ensuring we made the best use of our removalists' time. I was able to release the store room earlier than needed and they processed the refund in no time. Their prices were reasonable too. Definitely recommend.

Leigh, Ammaia, Daniella & Gavin have made our storage experience extremely enjoyable!! How is this possible? Over 3 weeks we have been moving stuff out of storage and they are always so willing to help and very friendly. I felt sad that we are now out of there. Would highly recommend for storage, even if you're across two upper floors like we were - massive lift makes it easy moving your stuff up & down.

I did not get a chance to store there unfortunately but their customer service was beyond good. They are amazing in what they do. Minimum extra cost, most flexibility, great price, and kind customer service. They lady there wa such a great support to my needs and was following up with me regularly.I highly recommended their business. If you want 100 percent peace of mind.
