I hired LJ Hooker Willetton as an owner and a summary of my experience would be awful".It took them over 5 months to get a tenant (We've just signed with a new agent and they already had 2 tenants lined up before we even returned the contract after 2 days!).The communications from the property manager was horrendous. My husband and I have been leasing a property from LJ Hooker for 2.5 years. We have had a very positive experience with both LJ Hooker and our wonderful Property Manager Kelley Woods. Our rental has been well managed and any requests have always been promptly attended to. I have been with LJHooker since 2009 to manage my rental investment properties. I have worked with so many property agents of LJH and have seen different levels of performances and have witnessed how they face the challenges of managing the properties in providing the services required by the property owners while maintaining a good relationship both with the tenants and the property owners. On average I was happy with LJH until I changed over to another property management group for one year expecting a better service. Over that period of time I have seen the deterioration of the property condition and not managing my account well with incomplete reports etc. I decided to come back to LJHooker again expecting the same level of service at least as experienced before I left them. When I returned I had to work with a new property manager, India Wreford. Through close examination of the management activities handled by India, it took only a few weeks for me to realise that this is the type of service we expect from any Property managing company. I was very much impressed by the type of services provided by India and hence by LJH in employing such a high standard property managers. I have seen how she faced the challenges of managing the role and intelligently handling the issues in hard-working, honest and trustworthy manner, a combination of qualities you find rarely in one officer. I wish to thank her very much for the excellent updates and also for managing the property during difficult times sorting out the previous problematic issues in a very professional manner within a short period of time for me to have a peace of mind.My appreciation is not complete without mentioning that she manage the property with a very balanced impartial approach from both Tenants and Property owners' interests in mind than anyone I have worked with in the past 10 years.I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the services of India as a Property Manager and LJH for whoever wishing to employ them to manage the property or to get rental services knowing that they do the right thing with a balanced approach. Anyone who receives the LJH team can certainly look forward to having a very fruitful and pleasant experience working with them.I wish India the very best in her career with LJH and wish to have her services in the years to come.

My experiences with LJ Hooker Willetton have always been very positive. We have had Kelley Woods managing the 2 properties we have been renting over the last 5 years. She is always extremely prompt in dealing with any enquiries or problems we have had during our tenancies. Also her manner is both professional and polite. From day 1 our experience with LJ Hooker has been fantastic. We have been in our property for just over 2 years and have had the same Property Manager who is an absolute pleasure to deal with. In all honesty, over the past 8 years that we have been renting properties, here in Perth, and also in North Queensland, Andrea Hogg is by far the best Property Manager that we have ever had. Andrea is always cheerful, friendly and polite and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. Whenever we have any maintenance issues, Andrea is always straight on to it and arranges repairs promptly. Every time that we have an inspection, I always feel like I have a friend coming to visit, rather than someone coming to make sure that the property is clean and tidy. Staff at the Willetton office are also always friendly and helpful. Andrea puts huge effort into the inspection reports that she always sends us a copy of. This is the first time that this has ever been done for us in all our years of renting. Very impressive !!I hope that LJ Hooker have an annual award for 'Most Outstanding Property Manager' ?!!Andrea wins hands down in our opinion !!

LJ Hooker Willetton and our property manager Andrea Hogg have been an absolute pleasure. They are very friendly and helpful. They are extremely prompt with their service. They are extremely approachable and easy to talk to which is a breath of fresh after dealing with some not very nice real estates. They should be very proud of themselves and the team that they have. Andrea is amazing so friendly and helpful love seeing her when we have our rent inspections and has been absolutely awesome when we have had any issues that need dealing with. Over the years I have rented through a few different real estate agents but for the past 4 years have rented through LJ Hooker Willetton and can say they have been by far the nicest real estate I have ever had to deal with.
