Zero customer service. Would rather touch each other rather than serve any customers. They missed out on atleast a $5k+ sale as we were looking at gearing up the whole fam. Rhythm on the other hand were more than welcoming and couldn't be any more helpful especially when we came in and spent thousands

I was looking for two surfboards for my two children who have just started surf lessons and I know nothing about surfing. Harry was one of the most helpful, friendly and professional individual I have come across in a long time in retail. Bought a snowboard from them and their after-sales service was good. Harry kept an eye on the delivery service to ensure I received my snowboard as I was shipping to Singapore.Provided very detailed troubleshooting when I made mistakes in waxing my board myself and was genuinely concerned. Thumbs up!
