I have gone to both the Spring Hill and Red Hill stores and I swear I will never go back. The 'hot food' is never hot! Meat pie was cold in the middle. The food looks and tastes dry and burnt and the pastry is greasy. Ham and cheese croissant was squished in a sandwich press and had no cheese on it. For the price they charge, the food is no where near worth it and the customer service is poor! Just all round disappointing experiences.

The pastry they use for their pies and sausage rolls is incredible. I've been going weekly for several months and I've never once had less than a five-star experience. There's often a line to order and they sell out of things quickly, so finding your favourites can be a bit of a roll of the dice.

Sausage rolls were $5.50 and now gone up to $7. Too expensive now. Thanks.

So hard to find a bakery that isn't a patisserie around the city but I found this place yesterday and I was keen. The sausage rolls are amazing and everything is not a ridiculous price. Hopefully this stays around forever.

Have tried the pies here numerous times, and each time has been very disappointing. The filling is flavourless and gelatinous, and the crust is salty and greasy. The bread and doughnuts are good though, I would definitely recommend those ahead of the pies.Edit: the pies I have tried were the cottage pie, steak and pepper pie and the chicken curry pie.

Absolutely p*ss poor excuse of a bakery. Undercooked, overcooked never just right. Always has signs of items up that they never have in stock. Just close it down and put something decent in instead

Great service from the blond girl who helped me pick a delicious treat for my vegan son, she suggested the vegan almond croissant which he enjoyed so much and finished the whole thing with great pleasure! Highly recommend

Poor Customer Service & Undercooked food.Serving lady was pretty curt and made me feel like a nuisance for daring to walk into the store and ordering. I figured oh well, it’s a bakery I’m not here to judge their people skills. But then the pie I ordered (while the contents were delicious) had severely undercooked pastry, and the biscoff donut was a bit laughably missing much biscoff flavour besides a small button on the top.I wouldn’t usually bother to leave a negative review but I ended up with a severe stomach ache and totally unable to keep any other food down that night. Of course I can’t for certain blame the raw pastry dough in my pie - but I didn’t eat anything else that day, and it’s an awfully suspicious coincidence. The food is certainly not worth the sickness :/ Real shame because I can see how this bakery would be really awesome without the few glaring flaws I found.

I was extremely disappointed after I brought a pistachio & almond croissant and halfway through it there was a long piece of brown coloured hair through the crème part
